My Mom, Dad, and sister Becca flew in to Kansas City on Saturday night. They are staying at our house for thanksgiving. It is SO funny to watch Becca interact with Amelia. They must have some sort of "kid connection" because Amelia just ADORES Becca and laughs at everything she does! We had a thanksgiving service on Sunday and my family is touring the city while I continue to work until Thursday. It's so great to have family around even if I can only see them in the evenings when I get out of work. I continue to look forward to when I'll be able to stay home with Amelia.
Amelia is doing so much better eating these days. She's mastered all the cereals and moved on to sweet potatoes (her first real vegetable) and we're going to experiment with carrots today. She hasn't been gagging any more so I'm not sure what happened those few days a while back.
I know I need to put up so more pictures. Hopefully I'll be able to do that during the holidays. We are having a LOT of people over for Thanksgiving and I'm sure there will be several Kodak Moments :-)
